Every Klerix engineer spends one week per quarter near a customer's production line. People who understand robots, sensors, and operators shape the product.
Reliability is design
We treat ">99.95% uptime" as a product spec, not an infrastructure side note. Fleet SREs own product decisions.
Write it down
We default to async inside the company. Decisions live in docs, not chat threads, and writing keeps the arguments useful.
