This Policy describes how Klerix Labs Ltd. handles personal information collected via klerix.com and the Klerix Services.
2. Information we collect
- Account data: name, work email, workspace name, role.
- Usage data: aggregate platform telemetry, performance metrics.
- Customer Content: data processed by robots on your behalf, including outputs, sensor readings, and action traces.
3. How we use information
To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services; to communicate about changes; and to comply with legal obligations.
4. AI training
We do not use Customer Content to train shared models without explicit, contractual opt-in. Enterprise customers may disable trace retention entirely.
5. Sharing
We share information with subprocessors (listed on the trust center) under contract, and as required by law. We do not sell personal information.
6. International transfers
Where applicable, transfers are governed by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, for the UK, the IDTA.
7. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services and as required by law.
8. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal information by contacting privacy@klerix.com.
9. Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information.
